GREAT DELIVERY AND PROCESSING SERVICE AT A BETTER PRICE
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING AND FAST 5-DAY DELIVERY

Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers via UPS to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. If you'd like to get the status of your order, please feel free to eMail us at customerservice@madscrappers.com.

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box as each order can be fulfilled from our multiple locations. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.

RUSH DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above. This rush service is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
