Payment:
There are 2 ways to pay for your order from Scrapbook HQ.

CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA, BANKCARD and MASTERCARD.

Scrapbook HQ provides a secure online shopping service using SSL encryption, giving you one of the most secure online payment methods available. Your credit card is charged when we receive your order at Scrapbook HQ. You will only be charged for stock that is shipped to you, plus postage if applicable.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
We accept payment directly into our Bank Account. You can either pay via Net Banking or at any Westpac Branch near you.

If you choose to pay by direct deposit, our banking details will be provided during the checkout process. Please email us at info@scrapbookhq.com.au when you have arranged to deposit funds, so that we can track your payment. Your order will be posted once the funds have cleared. Please allow up to 2 working days for clearance.
Please ensure that we receive your payment within five (5) working days of placing the order or the transaction will be cancelled and the products placed back into the store. We appreciate your understanding in fairness to other customers.

Problems/Refunds:
We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our products. Please note that colour may vary between computers. We recommend that you view this site at a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, using at least 16 bit colour.
Our website adjusts automatically to remove stock once it has been purchased by a customer. However if you encounter any problems with our website please contact us. We try our very best to keep it all up-to-date and running smoothly but it really is a work in progress for us.

Refund Policy:
Faulty items: Contact us via email or phone within (5) five days of your invoice. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. We will pay for postage costs on returning faulty items.

Change of Mind: We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us either by phone or email with (5) five days of your invoice and we will exchange them for something else. Please note, that all items returned to us must be unopened and in the original packaging. For change of mind products, you will pay for all shipping costs.

Please note that we do not do backorders.
