Our online store is set up just the same as our retail store, with products organised by category. We know from experience that our customers love to shop that way and it makes finding products so much easier.
How to place an order:
You will need to set up an account the first time you order and then after that, all of your information will be stored for future orders.
We have a $10 minimum order value (before postage).
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit.
Our Bank details will be sent to you and goods will be shipped once the funds are received.
Postage will be calculated on your order, most orders will be $6. It just depends on where you live and the weight of your order. We use Australia Post for most of our orders.
Out of Stock:
We will make all attempts to ensure our website contains up to date information, but as we run a retail store as well, there will be times when we are out of stock of an item. We apologise if this occurs, but we will contact you if we can substitute the item. We will not be able to keep back orders on file, so you will need to re-order any out of stock items on future orders.
