| • If you pay by Credit Card, we will pre-authorize the funds at the time of your order. You will receive a “shipped” email within a few days when your credit card is charged and your order is reserved. Although you receive this email, we will not be shipping the order until the product arrives from our manufacturer. Orders will be shipped in order of receipt.
• Please do not order anything else with your pre-order unless you don't mind waiting for it to ship when the pre-ordered items arrive. *Otherwise, we ask that you please make 2 separate orders – one for the pre-orders and one for the other products you would like immediately.
• There is always a potential for manufacturer delays so we’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes in arrival date. |
