| All products will ship via UPS; sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Domestic orders will ship ground service; international orders will ship by the UPS Worldwide Express service.
If a faster method is required please make a note with your order, additional charges will apply.
All orders will ship in 2 business days or less. Shipping costs shown on the table may not reflect total shipping costs as some products and destinations may have surcharges associated with them. Return Policy
| BoltMaster Inc cannot accept returned items for any reason other then defective parts.
If an item appears to be defective please send it with a written description of the problem to:

For a refund all items that came in the original packaging must be included with the return. Items that are deemed by us to not be defective, or to have been damaged by improper use, will be returned to the customer at their expense. Broken Drill bits or Hex Keys are not considered to be valid reasons for a return as they are easily damaged by misused and can wear out even with proper use.
