How much will a subscription to Piggy Tales Academy cost?
You will receive at least $40 worth of Piggy Tales products for only $24.99/kit + shipping. The cost for shipping is $6.50/kit for the Continental US and $13.00 for shipping to Canada.
When will my kit be shipped?
Once you sign up you will receive your first kit within 5-10 days for the current month's kit. Then for each additional month, kits will ship the first week of each month. Delivery time will be between 5-10 days.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged the day you sign up, then on the first day of each month following sign-up.
What do I do if my kit is damaged or missing pieces?
Please contact customer service at piggytalesacademy@piggytales.com for a replacement.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, your subscription may be cancelled at any time by emailing piggytalesacademy@piggytales.com. If you would like to cancel before the next month's shipment you must email by the 25th of the month prior. All memberships cancelled after the 25th of the month will be charged a $15 processing fee.
Can I skip a kit?
Yes, however we're sure that you will be very satisfied with each month's kit! Kits will be available for viewing online by the 15th of each month. Please email piggytalesacademy@piggytales.com by the 25th of the month prior to the kit you would like to skip. If you skip your membership after the 25th of the month you will be charged a $5 processing fee. If you don't receive a response within 2 business days please re-send your email. Your card will be charged $.01 for the month you skip.
Can I order additional items online to ad to my Piggy Tales Academy Kit?
You can purchase additional items on our website, but you will be charged additional shipping accordingly.
Is Piggy Tales Academy available Internationally?
Piggy Tales Academy is only available to customers in the US and Canada at this time. Shipping costs to Canadian customers is $13.00.
