Shipping Policy

Note: Actual shipping totals may be greater than this chart displays because of surcharges on certain products or carrier used for shipping. Customers will be notified of shipping amount via email if shipping amount is more than quoted before your order is shipped. Please check the product details for the 'Additional Shipping' field.

Free Standard Shipping for Domestic (the 48 continental states) orders of $150.00 and above (subtotal after any discounts or coupons are applied). Crop In Style products, albums and any products that has 'Additional Shipping' do not qualify for FREE shipping.

Hawaii, Alaska and all other International orders including areas that are considered a Providence are shipped through US Mail and will be charged an additional $3.00 handling fee that is included in the shipping total.

Customers with APO addresses will be notified via email of shipping amount if more than table listed below.

It is important that you be aware of your responsibilities as an international buyer. I offer these recommendations and guidelines as outlined below.

While I have had no problems with packages shipped internationally, occasionally a problem will arise, and these following guidelines will help you understand how the process works, (or what happens when it doesn't work).

Most international orders packages are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail Flat Rate -based upon weight and size. It is cost-effective and provides you with proof of shipment. However, please be aware that this shipping method is not completely trackable in all countries, nor is it insurable . If your order gets delayed, lost or damaged in transit at any point, we have no recourse with the carrier, nor will we be responsible for replacing or refunding your order. If you prefer an insured shipping method such as Global Express Mail (insurable and trackable), please e-mail us and we will send you a shipping estimate, payable separately before your order can be shipped.

Once your package clears Customs, you will be responsible for any General Services Taxes (GST) or administrative fees on the item you order as imposed by your country's Customs agency. These GST taxes can range from 5 - 13%, but the administration fee is usually only $1 - 10. When I ship your package, I will mark the Customs Declaration Form with the commercial value of the item, and will issue you both a tracking number and a packing invoice via e-mail for you to validate your order upon its arrival. I are sorry I CANNOT mark the package as a "gift" or "sample" so that you do not have to pay taxes and I CANNOT reduce or devalue the dollar amount of your order.

You are responsible for picking up your package when notified by Customs or your postal carrier. If you fail to pick up your package and pay your fees, the package will be returned to me after 10 days, and you will be responsible for the any additional return shipping charges or Customs charges and you will not receive a refund for your purchase. If you want the order reshipped to you, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees, any Customs charges or return shipping fees (if applicable), plus all reshipping and any additional handling fees.

International Orders take slightly longer to process than U.S. orders, and delivery time varies depending upon shipment method and destination country. Once your order has been billed, please allow up to 72 hours for your credit card payment to be verified - once your payment has processed, your package will be sent to the Post Office for shipping. After it reaches the Post Office, it can take up to an additional 48 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS system.

Please know that your local Customs Offices have the right to hold packages for up to 30 days before releasing them to you. We are unable to track packages shipped by Global Priority Mail once they leave the United States - we can only provide proof of shipment.

MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES - If your package shipping fees exceed the estimate applied to your order (this is common with oversize/heavy items), I will contact you before shipment.

All orders must be paid in US currency.

Orders are generally processed, packed and ready for shipping within 1-4 business days weather permitting. Orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. I do my best to keep the inventory levels accurate, but occasionally an item(s) you order may be out of stock. If this happens, the item(s) will be put on backorder if they are still available through the manufacturer otherwise, the item(s) will be removed from your order.

Backorders will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Sales are final on all clearance items.

Insurance can be added to your order for an additional cost. I highly recommend this if you are ordering a lot of paper! Please type INSURANCE in the additional comment section.

For all orders that need to be rushed, please type RUSH ORDER in the additional comment section. Shipping for rushed orders will be charged actual shipping on 3-day air, 2-day air and Next-day air.

Local Orders for Pick Up or Delivery Policy

If you are a local customer and would like to pick up or have your order delivered, please type PICK UP or DELIVERY in the additional comment section to waive the shipping fees. I will gladly deliver your order within one mile of My Home Scrapbook Store for FREE! If you are outside of my delivery area there will be a charge and that depends on the mileage and the cost of gas at that time.

I will confirm a pick up or delivery date with your final order confirmation. You may also pick up your order when you come to your next crop or class.

Return Policy

You must contact me within five days of receipt of your order.

No returns after 15 days of receipt of your order.

I do not offer returns on clearance items, idea books or magazines.

Any returns (except damages) must be in saleable condition, in original packaging. (NO EXCEPTIONS) A restocking fee of 25% will apply. If you request a refund check postage is the customers responsibility.

Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless you have received a damaged product or the wrong product.

Damaged products will be exchanged with the same item or a credit given, whichever you prefer. Please save any damaged boxes in case the carrier would like to inspect.
