Delivery Information

Once we have received your gift voucher order, your payment will be processed and your order confirmed by email. Your gift vouchers will be despatched to your specified delivery address, along with your chosen gift card and a personal message (if requested.)

Delivery Charges:

You will pay one delivery charge per address. Once you've added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for the amount of vouchers ordered will be automatically applied to your order.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Over GBP £200.00 and up to GBP £500.00 GBP £4.30 per address

Delivery Method:

Delivery is available to any United Kingdom address (including the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands) and Northern Island with a Royal Mail postcode.

Gift vouchers will be sent out via Royal Mail delivery services. Orders under £200.00 will be sent out using Recorded Delivery. Orders over £200.00 and up to a maximum of £500.00 will be sent out using Special Delivery. A signature is required on delivery for orders to provide proof of receipt.

We regret, we do not deliver to BFPO or British Forces Post Office addresses. We don't deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery Timescale:

We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days. (Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.) All delivery timescales are subject to product availability.

We regret we cannot deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays or between 24 December - 2 January.

We will endeavour to ensure that our estimated delivery time as detailed above is met, however we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries.

Lost Deliveries:

Please allow 7 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive.

On rare occasions items may get lost in the post. If you believe your order has got lost in the transit, please follow the instructions set out below:

  1. Contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to make sure they are not holding any items for you.

  2. Make sure you record the name of the person you spoke to, and the address of the sorting office, as you will need this information to continue your claim.

  3. If the sorting office are not holding items for you, please contact us at giftvouchers@hobbycraft.co.uk making sure you provide the information above, together with confirmation of your full delivery address.

  4. We will aim to process your claim within 7 working days and pending our investigation, we may send our a free-of-charge replacement item. Unfortunately, we cannot send replacement items unless you have followed the above procedure.
