HobbyCraft is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our Site. The information that you provide about yourself to HobbyCraft will only be used by HobbyCraft in accordance with its Privacy Policy as set out below.

Personal Information

We never make your personal details available to companies outside HobbyCraft for marketing purposes, although our representatives and agencies may hold your data so that your details can be kept up to date, your orders processed and emails sent on behalf of HobbyCraft.

The only time personal information is collected by HobbyCraft is for the purposes of the purchasing of gift vouchers from the web site or subscribing to Crafty News, our email newsletter, or registering for the HobbyTalk forums.

If you sign up for Crafty News, our email newsletter, we use the personal information we collect about you to send you email newsletters featuring the latest promotional news, demonstrations and in-store activity information. This information is held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Personal information is also used for shipping gift vouchers to customers in respect of purchases made by them or for them for sending confirmation details for those purchases to the customer making the purchase and for processing orders and payments. HobbyCraft uses third parties to assist with this who have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

At some point in the future we may wish to provide statistics about our customers, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, however the information will not include any personal customer information or identify individual customers.

Our e-commerce provider is QBaroo. Our e-commerce site address is www.qbaroo.com/hobbycraft. Neither QBaroo nor HobbyCraft store credit card details on their respective servers. Your credit card information is discarded when your order is placed.

Cookies
