Shipping Policy POSTAGE RATES We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for most Australian orders. Orders which include either albums, art mediums or oversized items will attract a higher freight charge. If you wish your order to be sent via Express Post, please contact us to make arrangements. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS When submitting your order, a flat rate charge of $25.00 is included. When we process your order, we calculate actual postage and adjust the price up or down accordingly. International orders are not subject to the 10% GST which is included in our prices. This charge is removed once you checkout. DELIVERY Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (international orders will take longer). We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered/insured. PICK UP Orders that would like to be 'picked up' will incur a $3.00 picking fee. You must add this to your cart and postage will then be deducted manually by us when we process your order. Please ignore the freight charge if you have applied the Picking Fee to your order. You will be sent a confirmation email stating that your order is ready to be collected. PRE-ORDERS If placing pre-orders, please place the order seperately to prevent the rest of your order being delayed. It is very rare that pre-orders for more than one company arrive on the same day. When placing orders from pre-order section, please do not combine pre-order items with your other items. RETURNS AND GUARANTEE We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above. You are responsible for postage costs of all returns, therefore we will not accept any return goods COD or freight collect. WHY USE THE WISHLIST FACILITY? 1. Saves Time for S.A. customers. Any body who has visited Camelot will know how hard it is searching through hundreds of folders and thousands of papers to find one particular paper. By adding products to your wishlist and printing the wishlist prior to your visit, you will know the names of the products and be able to go straight to the folder. Staff will also know exactly what you want without guessing. 2. For Internet Customers. Our website does not hold your order in the shopping cart upon shut down. If for some unknown reason your computer shuts down, any order in the shopping cart will be deleted. If you had spent hours searching our site, all that time would have been waisted. It is far better to place all the products you are interested in, in your wishlist. They will remain there until you delete them. When you are ready to place an order you simply open your wishlist and add items to the shopping cart from your wishlist. This is the best way to shop on-line and will save you many hours of having to search over and over. It is particularly handy if you wish to take your time and shop over a number of days. 3. Favourite Products. If you have a favourite product/s you purchase regularly, why not place it in your Wishlist. It is always there and easy to find for your next order. 4. Gift giving. Want to give a scrapbooking gift to a friend or let your friends know what you want? Your friends can access your wishlist or vice versa, by simply entering the email address into the wishlist section. This is useful for customers who desire to give presents rather than gift vouchers. Your wishlist could come true! WEBSITE CONTENT Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution, colours of our products may vary slightly from colours on the site. This site is best viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, using at least 16 bit colour.
